Kookaburra offer excellent customer service. I got my bat back on friday after they rehandled it free and fully refurbished with new toe guard, grip, scuff sheet and better quality stickers fitted all for free and this only took abt 10 days.

Before the springs in the handle were brown/maroon but now they are black.
