Hi chaps

New to the forum, have been reading all the posts, taking it in etc. and thought I'd introduce myself and ask your opinion on something.

I haven't played for a long time and am just coming back to the game. At the minute, I'm just playing 20/20 to get back into it but am going to start again in the seconds when I get back in to the swing of things.

I've had my trusty old SSH custom bat (made by Hassan Mughal at Imperial-anyone remember them?) refurbed by the chaps at Raje but my old Easton Air pads etc. just won't cut it. I don't know anything about what the current equipment landscape is so I was hoping for some advice on how best to kit myself up. Have bought some good spikes and was thinking about either Aero P2 pads and gloves or Puma Calibre 4000 as I like lightweight, two strap pads. I also like the look of the Mongoose gloves and the GM Ravi pads. Anyone have any good/bad experiences with these? Any better options you can suggest? Am in Leeds if that helps.

Also, are the strippers worth it?

Apologies that this is a rambling post but before I drop a ton plus, I thought it best to put it out there. Cheers in advance guys.

Elliott
