| I began last season with 3 ducks. I started from batting 5th right down to last man. Then the bowler bowled an awful full toss and i have just whacked it through mid on area. I got a standing ovation, happiest moment last season. But i ended up with 5 ducks and The Duck Cup lol |

scoring my first 50 ever for my school against Langdon, one of the best in our borough. Almost 4 years ago but still brings a smile to my face.
And scoring a 20/20 century when i was on holiday. |

I have two....
1) Seeing the team through to win the Under 18s cup final by hitting the winning four with just one wicket remaining.
2) Putting on a 100 run partnership to win the game with only 2 wickets left. The game went onto turn around our team's fortunes, and got promoted that season and won the league above the next season! |

Playing my old team in a final only weeks after thay had done us good style. Took a blinding slip catch and to this day only remember being on the floor with ball in hand!! Then I was chasing a ball and heard a cry of "Again its only Kenny" I threw it in and with a direct hit ran him out (ribbed him ever since. Then we were struggling so the skipper chucks me the ball, first time I bowled all season on a Sat, first over I get the opening batsman out. Few overs later I get my old skipper out stumped of a legside wide, that'll teach him to charge me.
Finally took th winning catch in the deep. Went and had a few ciders and memories to last forever!
What a day. Although a couple of seasons later I did go back and play for them again. I was 18 when I left and just wanted to play cricket and 22 when i returned. |
