How do the two brands compare? I've out of the cricket scene for some time and don't want to buy anything i'll regret. Unfortunately I can't see either pad up close as my local shop doesn't have them.
Mate, Hunts has taken a big turn in its products lately, some of their gear looks good, but I've heard of problems with straps from team mates.... if I were you I'de go with the 808's, purely because I've used them, they are actually very good quality for mid range pads.
