Played my first game in these on Saturday, very impressed.

Not as Lightweight as some of the Boots on the market but very comfortable and will certainly get me through 50 overs in the field.

One thing found whilst batting was that it was quite difficult for me to mark my guard as there is not a spike at the front. Not a big deal but will take a while to get used to

are the spikes long enough in the field, in terms of grip? and has anyone bowled in them?

Plenty long enough, although I think they could do with a couple more at the toes.

yeah cranie exact same prob. I used to have the stud at the top of my boot. Now have to get used to it. Yes frank they come with a special key for the studs sort of rectangle at the bottom. They also come with metal screws when you are using them as trainers to make sure mud does not get in the gap. really good shoe in my opinion definately recommend them for any player who likes training/batting in trainers!

I dont think I will use them without the spikes to be honest, cant be bothered with changing them over all the time!

I had the Gel Advance 2s last season and didnt really rate them, my feet were in pieces after 50 overs in the field.

Had training last night and the Strike rates performed well again.
