Malta Cricket Tourney
The sunny island of Malta is a popular year-round destination for holidaymakers from the UK,
attracted by its’ wonderful climate, picturesque fishing villages and, of course, the ever-present
British connection. Maltas’ position in the Mediterranean, just south of Sicily and north of the coast
of Africa, means its’ shores receive wonderful sunshine all year round, and has helped to create a
richly diverse culture on the island
Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Malta, Greeting and welcome briefing.

Day 2 Buffet breakfast. Transfer to Marsa Cricket grounds
1st day of tourney inc snack lunch and water Transfer back to hotel Dinner at the hotel

Day 3 2nd day of tourney inc snack lunch and water Transfer back to hotel Dinner at the hotel

Day 4 Full day at the waterpark inc transfers

Day 5 3rd day of tourney inc snack lunch and water

Day 6 Return Home

* Greeting at airport & transfer to accommodation
* 5 nights accommodation in sharing twin / triple rooms on half board basis in a 3 Star Hotel

Cricket tour (Caribbean)
Caribbean Cricket Tours

The most popular destination for cricket tours is undoubtedly the Caribbean. Barbados set the standard over 20
years ago, hosting teams on a variety of cricket grounds. Other islands saw the importance of sports tourism and
have since followed suit. We can offer cricket tours to a range of islands – including Antigua, Grenada, St Lucia, St
Kitts and Nevis, or you can opt for a twin island visit.
Antigua Example

DAY 1 - DEPARTURE DAY / ANTIGUA
Assemble at London Airport for flight to Antigua.
On arrival in Antigua you will be transferred to your chosen accommodation.
Antigua is home to 365 beaches in total! The beauty and tranquility hits you on arrival. There is also golf, with most
resorts having access to tennis, squash and gym facilities. Whatever your taste in food you will find it at one of the
many restaurants around the island along with essentials such as banks, pharmacies and variety of shops.

DAY 2 - ANTIGUA
A day for familiarisation, relax in the sun or do some watersports.

DAY 3 – ANTIGUA
Match Day 1 against a local team.

DAY 4 - ANTIGUA
MATCH DAY 2
Sunday nights head to Shirley Heights for barbeques and some local music and dancing.

DAY 5 - ANTIGUA
Day at leisure.
Optional Excursion: Catamaran Circumnavigation Cruise.
This cruise takes you all the way around the island where you will see the rich history and beauty of the island. You
will stop for swimming, snorkelling and lunch with an open bar at Green Island.

DAY 6 – ANTIGUA
Match Day 3

DAY 7 - ANTIGUA
Day at leisure for last minute sightseeing.
Optional Excursion: Why not take a jeep safari tour. Experience a truly Antiguan Safari driving through rough
terrain and forest. Get a panoramic view of Antigua from Monk’s Hill. Stop at a beach for a swim and lunch. The
tour then continues up to the highest point on Antigua – Boggey Peak.

DAY 8 - ANTIGUA
Match Day 4

DAY 9 - ANTIGUA
Match Day 5

DAY 10 - ANTIGUA
Full day at leisure for some last minute sightseeing and shopping. Alternatively relax on the beach and enjoy some
watersports.

DAY 11 - ANTIGUA / OVERNIGHT FLIGHT
Transfer to airport for afternoon flight departure to London.
Please note that Antigua departure tax of EC$52.00 per person which is payable locally at the airport on
departure.

DAY 12 - IN FLIGHT / LONDON
Morning arrival back at London Gatwick Airport. After clearing customs and immigration please make your own
onward travel arrangements.
