How could you offend me Alex , you speak with great intentions.
Should your bat break/snap (when you do get around this summer to purchase that said bat) , do you know the cost to sent it back to Delhi ? |

Ok, i'll give it one more try.
I have never bought a lekka bat, but i know you are in Thailand. So i assume thats where the bat would come from, meaning that would be where the returns would go. As i have never bought anything from you i simply cannot "read the senders address" as you rather helpfully responded. A simple yes or no would have worked, but it seems that your "unique" way of dealing with potential customers seems to have got the better of you on this occaision |

| Of all the countries on this planet , why would you assume Lekka are made in Thailand ? |

When i emailed you previously about potentially buying some of your grips, you said you were based in Thailand. Now im just putting 2+2 together here (and quite possibly coming up with 5) but, i thought the bats would be shipped from Thailand.
Where are they shipped from, UK, India, Thailand??? If one broke where i (as your customer) send it back to?
Maybe a response along the lines of "Whilst we are based in Thailand, our bats come from XXXXXX" would make you look more like a businessman and less like a forum keyboard warrior who wants to belittle and argue with everyone over every point point they make! |

Yes I am based in Thailand but do frequent other exotic nations.
All bats sold in the UK are Made in England unless they are special requests from my Asian friends.
The question is not where I am based but where you are as you will be receiving a returned item. |

| James, yes as postage from them for one bat is £11 to the u.k, it would cost between that and £15 most likely. Personally, unless the bat breaks straight away i wouldnt bother returning it anyway. id just buy another one, bats break, it happens. |

Who is them Alex ?
If you were to purchase a Lekka and have a problem with that bat you would be looked after the exact same as other Lekka customers if they incurred problems.
