Both bats are GN Legends. The bat on the right, the bat im using at the moment is a custom and the other i bought off the shelf. Will review the other one after ive had time to prepare it properly.
Specs on the custom Legend are:
SIZE - Mens short handle
WEIGHT - 2.8
MIDDLE - Mid
BOW - Slight
CONCAVE - NO THANKS
GRAINS - 20ish
I really don't know what to say except that the bat is absolutely stunning!! Both in appearance and performance. It picks up like a feather, the middle is huge, the profile menacing and the ping is out of this world! I love this bat! Iphone photos are the best i can do for now but you get the picture........ Enjoy :)
p.s.... B4 the bats were oiled they were stripped and taken back to GN to be waxed and buffed. They reluctantly supplied me with new sets of stickers that i customised to produce the design you see. Yeah im fussy!!

No idea sorry lekka. Initially i did contact GN directly about having the bat made but i was directed to go through one of their retail distrubutors. So i did. The custom i ordered through GCCC In Ringwood and the other i bought off the shelf at GCCC City store.
I filled out a brief spec sheet for the custom, detailing preferences like weight, middle and bow. The number of grains i added in a comments section but the actual profile i had little input in. A case of get what your given.
As for the stickers, When i took the bats back to GN to be buffed i explained how i wanted the bat to look. All they could offer me were sticker sets (fusion i think) that i then customised. Using a scalpel and steel rule i took off the green/black checkered bands and the spear on the back was made by cutting off a border of grey and black. They were reluctant to let me do this myself because of non genuine bats ending up on ebay.
Anyway, in the end i got the bat i wanted and managed to replace the stickers with something closer to my taste.
So lekka, that is the story of my Legends, detail i really didnt think would interest the people on this forum. |

| disagree regarding the stickerS - I think they look a bit cheap and nasty to be honest - the standard Legend stickers are really cool and you should have stuck with them. |

Sometimes less is more aye Ashvir.
Massive profiles for 2.8 Keep, especially considering theres not a hint of concaving. I literally picked up and played around with dozens of bats b4 i settled on these and both of them pick up lighter than any other 2.8s i held. The balance of these GN's is just sublime! |
