i got on a knock on the legs yesterday and found it hurt s bit where can i get extra padding from?????

Perhaps get a football shin pad, and wear it inside that?

That's all I can think of..

I put some of the padding that iv got out of an old set of pads in mine.

I had some old fielding pads in my newbery Aegis, and just ripped foam out and put em in!

if you go to www.remfrycricket.com and look on the order form you will find that steve makes shin gaurds that many internationsls use. (sachin and symonds off the top of my head)
although they are abit pricy

talking about pads, my straps are too long, ive already trimmed them back about 1" but they are still to long how can i fix this?

go to the gym and develop your legs...get them bigger!! lol but I'de also recommend adding some extra padding, will overall tighten it up
