So it's like this....
Brought some Gunn and Moore Original lite pads back in off season, used them through nets and they always squeeked but I just thought that was the leather and it needs time to soften up! Yet now were in the back end of May and the sqeeking is still there ! Can anybody suggest a way of stoping them sqeek or if they have a similar problem.....

| This is a very annoying problem, i had it on my last pads! i stopped it by pulling my trousers over the front of the shoe so there isnt any friction. hope this helps mate |

| Get a mallet and start hitting it, might work if it is just the new leather and takes a VERY loooooooooong time the break in. |

| happens to my xiphos's, i think it only happens with certain footwear though, it happens when i wear my new balances because the design logo thing is plastic and it rubs against that but on my cricket spikes there is no squeaking, try different footwear |

| i had the same problem with some GM pads until they got wet batting in the rain and the problem has since ceased |

yeh worked for me as i said. dont think certain types do or dont sqeek just depends upon on how u wear them |
