So it's like this....

Brought some Gunn and Moore Original lite pads back in off season, used them through nets and they always squeeked but I just thought that was the leather and it needs time to soften up! Yet now were in the back end of May and the sqeeking is still there ! Can anybody suggest a way of stoping them sqeek or if they have a similar problem.....

This is a very annoying problem, i had it on my last pads! i stopped it by pulling my trousers over the front of the shoe so there isnt any friction. hope this helps mate

Get a mallet and start hitting it, might work if it is just the new leather and takes a VERY loooooooooong time the break in.

happens to my xiphos's, i think it only happens with certain footwear though, it happens when i wear my new balances because the design logo thing is plastic and it rubs against that but on my cricket spikes there is no squeaking, try different footwear

depends on your footwear, if it continues i'll be happy to buy them off you! failing that, where did you get them?

I brought them from V sports. My old GN powerbows never did this - I think I'm going to try the trousers over the front of my shoe theory........
