Hi guys, before you all say, I havent the capabilities to upload photos of it just yet, but will do as soon as I can as I know it makes the review better!
Had my first net session with the Pellara Elite last night, and was pretty pleased with it! My last 2 bats have been Woodworms (Flame and Hard-drive) and the one thing I wasnt too sure about with the adidas is the fact that it isnt as big as the others. But the pick up is nice, and I found myself very comfortable with it in hand!
After finally getting my eye in a bit last night, the middle is an absolute gun which im very pleased with. Having said that, there is little margin for error, as if you connect anywhere other than the middle, your not going to get much for it!
It'll take a few more nets and a couple of games before i'm completely happy, but at the moment i'm relatively pleased with the results of last night!
Will give further reviews when i've used it more

| sounds nice nick, i picked up a few addidas bats yesterday and most had a really nice pick-up although for £200 you would expect that. however i picked up a couple of incurzas and even at 2'9 they had a really hevay pickup |

I was thinking this morning about how many Adidas bats have actually been sold. With 3645 registered members on this forum, I was expecting to see a load of people with these bats. This is the first review I have seen!! I know this sounds like a pretty random and pointless post, but it just made me think that either these bats arent great for the price, or adidas are just another brand that will have high hopes of selling thousands of bats for £200+ and failing miserably!!
However nick, sounds like you have a good bat there, and its a shame we cant see pictures! |

Yeah same here, i dont think that iv seen or know anyone that is using an adidas bat or softs. Quite strange can see the reasoning with the bat with them being £200+ for a decent one. |

| I picked a couple up when looking for a new bat but for the amount they cost did not seem to justify price. |

| I saw a great one in the shops the other day, would have been very tempted as it picked up well and had a clean face for 120 quid...I suppose not every one of those 3500 members reads this reguarly (more like 500?), and then only like 200 buy a bat each year... |

Yeh i know what your saying, I've always liked the different brands, like when woodworm came about I had a couple of them, and I didnt think many people would have an adidas one this year. Having said that, looking back at it, I probably wouldn't buy a bat that is so expensive when the brand is so new. Altho the bat looks nice, and picks up great, it hasnt justified the price tag that comes with it (yet anyway). If I was to spend that kind of money, it would probably be on a GM bat, which ive never seen bad reviews of!
However, if by the end of the season I have a few double tons to my name.......I retract the above statement! |

| I know its personal preference, but I couldnt play with anything smaller than the Pellara, maybe its because i'm used to the woodworms! The Libro looked a very small bat indeed! My Pellara has 9 or 10 very straight grains. |
