Just a quick point. Wouldn't you find it easier to let your hands clear your back pockets in your backlift?!

in our league if your under 18 you have to wear a helmet whilst batting and standing up

helmets are optional in Barbados

i thought so as well but it is up to personal preference bcuz if everyone batted the same way the game would be no fun look at chanderpaul's stance or greame smith's grip its what makes our tongues wag or make young children ponder about their game
