Have you seen that they have a 'Custom Made' choice for £280 ahead of the Pro Performance? Telling you what handle type you want, how many grains etc. I recently got a Nitro Pro Performance and those same options for £80 cheaper. I've tried to deal with Cricket Direct before and frankly they were shocking... What a disgraceful scam.

It's best to stay well clear of them if you can. The amount of things i've heard go wrong are shocking.

They are Sh*t, I ordered training gear a couple of years ago and nothing ever turned up. Took me 4 months to get a refund.

Well I ordered mine and in the end we had to go and pick it up from St Albans 5 months later after them not sending it, then sendingg the wrong thing. Not even as much as an email or a phone call to say that it wasn't in stock

I guess they scam people, no-one recieves products, can't get hold of the company to therefore lost money and then they give up... |

I ordered from them a couple of christmas's ago and received nothing....when I tried calling from them they wouldn't answer the phone. In the end we had to rush out on Christmas eve to buy my son's presents. They seem to promote themselves alot with ads and stuff but there's no point in doing that when you can't back it up with some decent customer service.

Touch ye not with the proverbial bargepole. Our Third XI skipper ordered a bat from them last season and when it turned up you could clearly see where the split toe had been repaired!
