I am just wondering if anyone has any information about this 4lb bat. I saw a few pictures of it with glenn mcgrath, just wondering what the RRP of the bat is? and any other info |

| Yeah, but imagine how far it would go if you really got hold of it. |

| It's a balance, symmonds would hit no further with a 4lb bat than with a 3, you still need to generate the bat speed for it to go, there was a study done somewhere, can't really remember where though. |

bat speed is the most important i think. If u had a 4lb bat u would swing SLOWER than u wud with a 2lb bat.
Heavier or bigger is not always better.. but for a tail ender who mite not swing alot, and is facing fast bowling would play more defensive, so maybe it is worth it, in that situation |

If you relied on gravity more, it would bring a 4lb bat down a lot faster than say a 2lb9, therefore if you timed it correctly, you could play great drives. But trying to play cuts, pulls and sweeps would be a hard task. |
