Bought this to read when I went to Catalonia in August, highly enjoyed it. Basically it's the 2009 Ashes series from the perspective of an Australian in England who isn't Gideon Haigh and doesn't mind being impolite with criticism of players. Plus I'm not sure Michael Atherton's book about the Ashes contains bits about how he'd sat so close to Richie Benaud that he could've grabbed his private parts. |
