How big a role does fitness have in the cricket your play?
what do you do to keep fit in the summer/winter and how do you think it benefits your game?
What physical/mental aspects do you think you could improve, which would aid your game?
Whats your nutrition like on match days, how do your recover? (bar a post-match beer!)
