Just a quick one; my Salix Praestantia is now 2 years old and starting to bear some serious war wounds in the form of surface cracks, toe cracks and sticker peel-age. I was wondering whether Salix offer a refurb facility? Thing is, obviously the guarentee is void seeing as the bats over a year old and I can't find proof of purchase. Has anyone sent their bat back to Salix before? Can I expect good customer relations if I do etc?
