Just a thought -
around what pace did genuinely fast bowlers of past years bowl at?
On cricinfo it states holding was the fastest bowler ever to bowl.
Obviously in modern times we have speed guns to register the pace of bowlers, years ago they didn't. Does anyone know around what pace the likes of holding, roberts, lillie, thompson, garner etc bowled at?
It would be interesting to know an approx speed |
