I am 14 years old. I want to be an all rounder for my local county age group team. I am an opening batsman who has 96 runs in 9 innings this year for my age group club team and a seam bowler who gets a lot of swing and have took 12 wickets this season in 9 matches. I feel my bowling is good enough but I need to improve my batting how much would I need to improve my batting? I also play for my club 2nd team or Sunday league team (used to being young players into senior cricket) and the under 18s.

You need to talk to whoever coaches you. County (and District) trial nominations are made by coaches around this time of year.
