Im looking to get a new bat when I go india this summer. Ive had a look around and made some calls and the SS Limited Edition is looking very tempting. Its going for around 10000 rupees (£140). Has anyone used this bat or know anyone using it?

Thanks

ive got an le, awsome willow and pick up but because of poor conditioning of willow in india ive had problems with major cracking through the spice/shoulder and toe area. still goes well though.

I just got one from Kolkata on a recent trip (Maidan Market) and got the Limited Edition Gloves to match, and paid Rs 10300 in total (£147 on current exchange rate).

Although I haven't knocked it in fully yet, it feels awesome so far. Have also Got a Ton Matrix which plays as well (if not better) and the pick up is about the same for both.

hi mate, I am knocking one these days and its excellent quality and rebound is you get from their top end bats so don't waste your money on top models just get this G1 willow .

Cheers

Well ive asked all the main retailers of SS bats in Gujarat, and theyve all given me a price between 10k-11k.

You will find it is called 7 Star but that is not a reference to the quality of willow used.

yup know a couple of people who have used the bat, the willow on the bat is exellent quality it is called 7 star willow ans is apperently similar to thoose that their pros get. The ones that I know about ping nicely and for 10k rs it is deffinitely worth it (isn't is more like 15-20k rs).
