Posted - 01/06/2011 : 17:34:21 This is nearly as stupid as the double-sided GN bat from last year.. |

Posted - 01/06/2011 : 16:59:25 i like the quantum and the old powerbow because of the shapes. the new powerbow has to thin a shoulder and i dont like the flat area by the splice on the back. hate the pads and gloves though. will stick to kooka at the mo for those. however own a quantum limited edition and it is a lovely bat. people need to look past the stickers and judge the bat on its performance rather than looks. |

Posted - 10/11/2010 : 19:48:47 ARP - For me they are similar in that they have concaved back into a very prominent spine with perhaps subtle differences and hence why I said similar. It is all a matter of opinion and don't want to spark a massive argument regarding this. Being an owner of the M&H Distinction in my opinion they look very similar, this is purely looking at the pictures. However, without seeming them close up I couldn't confirm either way.
As cricket supplies don't stock M&H it would be hard for them to comment or confirm. |

Posted - 10/11/2010 : 19:08:19 "Is it me or do the Legend and Oblivion bats have the same profile? Which happens to be very similar to the M&H Distinction" I was thinking that about the legend and oblivion too, oblivions middle seems to be a touch lower though but their is a great resemblance. Neither look anything at all like the M&H Distinction though. http://www.millichampandhall.co.uk/cricket-bats/distinction.html

fw 14. agree about GN gear on the whole this year, despise the evo for some reason and believe the edge is pointless but it is nice to see a brand that has been a key player in the market for some time trying some innovation. liking the softs in particular as well as legend and oblivion :) |

Posted - 10/11/2010 : 15:14:32 I think all the GN gear looks pretty decent IMO. I am a huge fan of the legend and oblivion. Both are very classy ranges. The powerbow is and always will be a Gray Nicolls classic. The Quantam, Evo, Nitro, Kaboom perhaps slightly IPL'ish. But I dont know what other people think but as far as I can see this seems to be the popular thing at the moment. Bright colours etc. So I think the range incorporates ranges that appeal to different tastes. I'm a fan. |

Posted - 19/10/2010 : 17:00:35 The edges handle is off centre, apparently this stops you edging it! |

Posted - 18/10/2010 : 20:49:21 I like the Kaboom ,the legend, the oblivion and the Quantam, the new softs are terrible, especially the gloves, the keeping gloves are ok. though. |
