Watching Tait bowl yesterday was a breath of fresh air, for to long now batsman have been dominating every format of the game, and its about time bowlers came back and have their say. Ok spin bowling has become more affective, but i want to see the good old days of bowlers running in and making top batsman tremble in there shoes.

Whoever said fast bowling is dead needs to have a look at opening spell by the wild thing yesterday.

If you cannot find the question Bob then it may have been removed.

Well Lekka.. I don't know what your game is, but I'm not playing, because it's patently obvious from this thread and from others where I have read your posts, that sensible discussion forms no part of it.

Sorry Lekka, I don't what you're on about. I never posted a question, so how can I repost it and anyway, I'm not really interested in the answer. What did interest me, as I pointed out, was the fact that you made a positive statement of intent and then reneged on it.. I merely commented on that fact as a matter of principle.. What I still can't understand is why you are prevaricating. You know perfectly well what the question is, but for some reason you seem loath to answer it. I wonder why.

I would rather you repost it again.

Ask the question again Bob as I have been away from base for the past few days.
Bob Martin Posted - 10/07/2010 : 13:56:49
You don't quite get it do you Lekka.. I read your comment that you are not playing anymore. However, that does not answer the question you were asked immediately after your claim that "I will always answer a question if it is directly made toward moi". Now I will agree that you didn't actually say when you would answer, but surely there's a limit as to how long we have to wait or how many times the question needs to be posed before you do supply an answer. That is the point. If you don't want to answer, why not just say so.

roco: So lekka what is the highest level you have played and what is it equivalent too

Lekka: I never played International cricket at any level.

roco: so have you played the equivalent of 1st class county

Lekka: I do not rate county cricket.

roco: so what level have you played at

Season normally runs from November through to April.

I have not played for a few years so have no idea how good the standard is now.
KIWI Posted - 07/07/2010 : 00:11:22
I think i read some where that you play for Bangkok Southerners, what is that standard like. Whne does the season run from and to Lekka ?
Lekkasport Posted - 06/07/2010 : 13:06:03
Yes I agree with you that Aussie state is better than county cricket.
roco Posted - 06/07/2010 : 12:52:41
You said you don't rate county and from what I have seen Aussie state is quite tough and a better standard but just my opinion
